Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you use heyolivia.co.uk or sign up for the HeyOlivia service ("the Service"). By starting a trial or subscription you agree to them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
HeyOlivia is operated by Buruxab Khitago Butkus, a sole trader (micro-entrepreneur) registered in France, SIRET 106 084 379 00010. Contact: [email protected].
2. The Service
HeyOlivia provides "Olivia", an AI voice receptionist for UK trades businesses. Olivia answers calls, takes the caller's details and requests a callback from your team. Olivia is an AI and says so at the start of each call.
- Olivia does not diagnose faults, quote firm prices or promise arrival times.
- Olivia is not an emergency service. In an emergency callers should contact the emergency services (999) or, for a suspected gas leak, the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
- Call transcripts and details are passed to you so that your team can follow up. You stay responsible for the work you carry out for your customers.
3. Free trial, price and payment
- 7-day free trial of the Service. The monthly subscription is not charged during the trial.
- £490 one-time setup fee, charged when you sign up.
- £250 per month after the trial (or the annual plan shown at checkout).
- Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your bank or Stripe may show or convert amounts in another currency at checkout.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel before your trial ends, the monthly subscription is not charged. If you cancel afterwards, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
5. Setup fee and refunds
The setup fee covers configuring Olivia for your business. If you think you were charged in error, or you are unhappy with the setup, email us and we will review your case fairly and in good faith. Setup-fee credit available through our Testimonial Program is governed by the terms shown on that page.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to mislead callers.
- Keep your account details secure.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running at all times but rely on third-party telephony and voice providers, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve the Service from time to time.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost business or indirect losses arising from missed calls, call-handling errors or service interruptions.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version, and we will tell active customers by email about material changes.
