How this works. After you sign up and Olivia is live, you have 7 days to send us either a Trustpilot review or a Trustpilot review plus a short video. Once we verify it, we issue your refund manually via Stripe — usually within 48 hours.

What if you don't? Nothing. No fee, no penalty, no auto-charge. Your setup fee just stays charged and your trial continues normally. Opting in is entirely your choice.

  2. Hit "Start recording" → choose camera + screen — just camera is fine
  3. Talk for ~60 seconds. Be honest, be yourself
  4. Copy the share link Loom gives you

  2. We verify both, then refund your £490 and waive your next monthly charge (or apply £250 credit on annual renewal)
Refund timing

Refunds are issued manually after verification — typically within 48 hours of receiving your email at [email protected]. If your setup fee hasn't been charged yet (you're still inside your 7-day trial), the refund happens after day 8 once Stripe processes the charge.

What counts as a "real" review?

Honest words about your real experience using Olivia for your business. No script, no template. If it sounds copy-pasted or generic, we'll come back to you — but we'd much rather you say what you actually think.

What if I'm on the annual plan?

Same deal. Tier 1 = £490 refund (your setup fee). Tier 2 = £490 refund + £250 credit applied to your next annual renewal.

Can I do this later, after the 7 days?

The reward is specifically for early reviewers — we use these to help other tradespeople figure out whether Olivia is right for them, and early signal matters most. After 7 days the offer expires, but you can of course still leave a review any time you want — we'd love that either way.

What if my video isn't great?

We don't care about production quality. Held in your hand, in your van, between jobs — fine. We just want it to be you.

Can I cancel my trial after getting the refund?

Yes. There's no contract or commitment tied to this. The setup fee refund is independent of your subscription — cancel any time.

Is this a kickback scheme? Anything dodgy?

No. You're being honest, in public, on a verified review platform. We refund the setup fee because you helped us — that's it. Trustpilot and Stripe both treat this as legitimate (verified-customer review with goodwill refund). Your review must reflect your actual experience.
